This Privacy Policy explains what information Million Dollar Advertisement collects, why, and how it's protected, in line with Nigeria's Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
1. What we collect
- Business/advert name, email address, phone number, location, and category/tags you provide at registration.
- Any logo, banner, or post/story images you upload.
- Payment metadata (amount, currency, payment reference) — we never see or store your raw card number or crypto private keys; those are handled entirely by Paystack (Naira) and our crypto payment processor (USDT).
- If you complete identity verification (KYC) to claim Square Coin after sellout, we store the verification result ("verified: yes/no") from our identity partner, Smile ID, rather than copies of your raw ID documents wherever that's possible.
2. Why we collect it
To create and run your public profile, process your payment, calculate and pay referral and token rewards, verify your identity where legally required before a token claim, and to send you one-time login/verification codes.
3. Who we share it with
Paystack and our crypto payment processor (to process payments), Smile ID (for KYC verification, only if and when you choose to claim Square Coin), and our email delivery provider (to send one-time verification codes and receipts). We do not sell your information to third parties.
4. How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. Any stored identity verification data is encrypted at rest and retained only as long as necessary for compliance purposes.
5. Your rights
Under the NDPR, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to what we're legally required to retain). Contact us through the Support page to make a request.
6. Cookies and sessions
We use a single, essential session cookie to keep you logged in after you verify a one-time code. It is not used for advertising or tracking across other sites.
